A QUICK NOTE ABOUT COVID-19.
As the situation with Covid-19 is rapidly changing, we know so many of you will be stressed and needing some time out and self care! We wanted to keep all customers updated and informed and would like to take this opportunity to re-assure you we are taking all necessary steps within our team to handle products with care and hygiene to follow the World Health Organisation’s and Government’s guidelines regarding the ongoing spread of Covid-19. The safety, well being and health of our customers and team is our absolute priority at this time.
Our business is still available taking orders 24/7 as normal, with free shipping for orders over £85. However as a result of COVID-19 restrictions, all non subscription one off boxes during this period will currently dispatch two times a week; on Mondays and Thursdays (sent by 1st or 2nd class Royal Mail service) which means an estimated arrival within 1 week (trackable online). Subscriptions will be dispatched on/ just after the 15th as usual. We will monitor this rapidly changing situation and no doubt keep you updated with any future changes to our shipping delivery times!
